Description

       Mojo Verde also originated in the Canary Islands, this sauce is used to top potatoes, but this sauce is not very spicy.

Ingredients

  • 1 teasp cooking salt
  • 1 teasp coriander grains
  • 1/2 teasp cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 coriander sprigs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  • to a mortar, add 1 teasp cooking salt, 1 teasp coriander grains, 1/2 teasp cumin, 2 garlic cloves and grind well.
  • add some coriander sprigs and grind again
  • add 1/4 cup olive oil and stir
  • serve in a bowl
  • perfect to accompany wrinkled potatoes
