Ingredients

- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz drained tuna in olive oil
- 12 oz mayonnaise
- 6 pitted olives
- 1 sweet red pepper
- salt
Directions
- Wash the potatoes and the eggs
- To a saucepan, add water and 1 tbsp salt and boil.
- Add the potatoes and the eggs.In 10-12 minutes, remove the eggs. Remove the potatoes when cooked.
- Peel the eggs and divide the yolk and the white.
- To a bowl, add the chopped white and the chopped carrot raw and crunchy (I love it this way) or cooked and soft)
- When potatoes are warm, cut in cubes and add.
- Drain and flake the tuna and add to the bowl.
- Mix all well
- Add 3/4 of the total amount of mayonnaise
