Egg Custard (Natillas de Huevo)

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 lemon peel
- 2 cups milk
- 8 marie biscuits
- ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a big bowl, beat the yolks, the sugar, the milk and the cornstarch
- Pour this mixture in a saucepan and add the lemon peel without the white layer
- Cook over a high flame
- Take the saucepan out of the flame, remove the lemon peel from it and distribute in bowls
- Let them cool down and when lukewarm, cover them with marie biscuits. Dust custard with ground cinnamon and refrigerate for 2 hours at least
- Try egg custard with Pedro Ximenez Sherry wine. Amazing!!
