The meaning of these two words together:
Eggs, potatoes, onion, salt; simple, easy. It's also impossible to make one like my mother's omelet. (Why, God?, Why?)
We're really going to have fun trying to make the real and authentic Spanish Omelet.
When you see the written recipe it seems to be easy. However, when you get to work, you will see the harsh facts. But you don't have to worry, through the videos you will learn the necessary tricks to make it; even like my mother's tortilla.

Spanish Potato Omelet (Tortilla de patatas)

Possibly the most internationally-known of all the dishes typical of Spain, is a thick, round potato omelette, which can be eaten either hot or cold, and is often served as a tapa in bars.
